A fair review – pros and cons

The staff were incredibly friendly! The location was ideal near the beach and had great views of the sea and sunsets.

The air conditioning was inconsistent and some public areas needed better maintenance.

Excellent variety in the buffet.

During my stay, I encountered a few issues. the room had a stale smell that lingered despite notifying the reception. the bed was quite squeaky, which disrupted my sleep. the cleanliness could have been improved, as I found stray hairs in my apartment upon arrival.

The stay was quite enjoyable, with a comfortable room that catered well to our family traveling with a child. We appreciated the fact that it was situated close to the beach and local restaurants. The breakfast options were decent, offering a fair variety of choices, but some items could use improvement. we found the pool area to be quite small and a little overcrowded at times.

The check-in process was painfully slow. i mean, do you really need to see everyone’s passport? i almost thought of giving a glowing review, but the pool area was a complete disaster with overcrowding. Honestly, a complimentary upgrade or a small token of appreciation for the hassle would have been nice, but i guess that's too much to ask here.

I had a lovely stay at Houm Plaza Son Rigo. My Superior One-Bedroom Apartment had a wonderful kitchen well-equipped for self-catering, which was quite handy. The beach was just a short stroll away and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

I enjoyed my stay in a Superior One-Bedroom Apartment with beautiful sea views. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals easily, which was a lifesaver for our family. The buffet offered an excellent variety of dishes at every meal, catering wonderfully to different tastes, including kid-friendly options.

Great location and facilities!

Our 5-night stay was solid! The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. The pools were nice too. We enjoyed the breakfast, though more variety would’ve been nice. Only thing was the parking situation, kinda tricky finding a spot. good place for a family getaway.

Had a great trip with friends! We loved the sports activities and the fabulous garden with local plants. The indoor and outdoor pools are perfect for everyone. Breakfast was delicious, and the location is close to many great spots. Definitely recommend checking out local cafes and restaurants!

One downside was the noise from the pool area, especially the chairs being dragged around early in the morning. It interrupted our sleep a bit, but we managed to enjoy our stay overall.

after coming back to playa de palma, houm plaza really exceeded our expectations for a family holiday! our kids loved the playroom and pool area. the breakfast and dinner were fantastic with friendly service.
